摘要

饒河街夜市位於台灣台北市松山區八德路四段及撫遠街間的饒河街，為臺北市著名的觀光夜市之一，本研究希望能透過饒河街觀光夜市營運現況的實地調查，與消費者的行為，分析該觀光夜市現存問題缺失，提出缺失改善方法與對策探討，使其消費營運空間行人動線更人性化、舒適與妥善，同時，增加攤商營運業績。研究結果發現，停車不方便、廁所間數不足、廁所環境髒亂有臭味、巷弄照度不足、公用垃圾桶放置數量不足、夜市街道髒亂、騎樓行走不暢通、攤販及店家排煙設備未妥善裝置、電線交錯使用等缺失。為提升饒河街夜市環境滿意度，使旅客能舒適的享受用餐及購物空間。

The Raohe Street Night Market is located on Raohe Street next to Bade road in Songshan District in Taipei City. The Raohe Street Night Market is one of the oldest and well-known tourist night markets in Taipei City. This on-site research study will investigate the current night market operation condition, study consumer behavior and analyze any existing complications to purpose a solution to utilize the limited space, improve street layout and profitability for vendors. The research has shown the night market has limited parking space, unacceptable cleanliness in public restroom, unpleasant street smell, limited street lighting, shortage of public trash bin, crowdedness in the first floor balcony, incorrect ventilation installation in street vendor, and misuse on electricity.
