學校支援型食農教育推動模式之研究-以臺中地區為例

Feasibility Study on the School-Supported Promotion Model of Food and Agriculture Education - A Case Study in Taichung District

摘要


本研究針對臺中、彰化、南投三縣市曾配合各農會四健作業推展食農教育之國中小學學校行政人員、教師、營養午餐主辦人員為受訪對象,共得有效問卷138份,進行食農教育知識、食農教育培訓需求程度對執行食農教育能力之差異檢定與影響分析。結果顯示有無參加食農課程研習、縣市別、服務單位別,對食農教育知識均呈現差異。而近二年有無承辦食農教育活動、推動食農教育對象,對推動食農教育能力有差異。食農教育培訓需求程度也會正向影響執行食農教育能力,食農教育培訓需求程度係影響執行食農教育能力主要因素。建議未來可透食農教育培訓需求中之「與現有課程搭配實施」、「教材提供」及「專業團隊提供諮詢」等優先項目,進行培訓課程與相關執行面等內容、作法之整合建置,以強化執行食農教育能力。

This research is based on a model of school-supported on food and agriculture education to survey onto the staff of the primary and secondary school located in the counties of Changhua, Nantou and Taichung City of Taichung District, and the subjects were onto whom have cooperated with the 4-H Club activities of the Local Farmers' Association to promote th food and agriculture education. A total of 138 effective questionnaires were collected, measured, and analyzed as well. The results indicated that there were differences among counties and organizations whether it conducted food and agriculture education activities or not. There are also differences in the ability to promote food and agriculture education which are affected by the experience of undertaking food and agriculture education activities, and by the target subjects of food and agriculture education in the past two years. The demand for agricultural education and training showed a significant positive impact on willing to implement food and agriculture education, which is also the main influencing facter. It is strongly suggested that in the future, the educational training needs of food and agriculture education should be integrated with "the implementation of existing curriculum", "the teaching materials provided" and "the professional consultant team", so as to strengthen the implementation of the learning capacity on it.
