根據Dr. Spaulding EH的分類,消毒劑可分為低效、中效與高效殺菌力。本試驗係根據American Society for Testing and Materials International(ASTM)E2315的「以殺菌時間方法評估抗菌活性的標準指引」(Standard Guide for Assessment of Antimicrobial Activity Using a Time-Kill Procedure)評估曼倫商貿台灣有限公司所提供之「來舒噴霧抗菌清潔劑(原野香)」(以下稱為試驗物質)對臨床病原菌包括:結核分枝桿菌(Mycobacterium tuberculosis)、鼠傷寒沙門氏菌(Salmonella enterica subsp. enterica, ATCC 13311)、肺炎克雷伯氏菌(Klebsiella pneumoniae, ATCC 4352)與化膿鏈球菌(Streptococcus pyogenes, ATCC 14289);巴西麴菌(Aspergillus brasiliensis, ATCC 16404);以及枯草芽孢桿菌(Bacillus subtilis subsp. spizizenii, ATCC 6633)的殺菌力評估。測試時,以0.1 mL的不同菌種/株混合液分別與10 mL試驗物質(最後微生物濃度約10^6 CFU/mL)作用1小時後,結核分枝桿菌接種Middlebrook 7H11 medium與Lowenstein-Jensen medium,測試的細菌與產芽孢菌接種Blood agar plate(血平板),而測試黴菌則接種Sabouraud dextrose agar。試驗組所獲得的菌量再與對照組之生長菌數進行比較,結果顯示雖然試驗物質對產芽孢的枯草桿菌不具殺菌性,但所測試的結核分枝桿菌、三種不產芽孢菌與一種黴菌皆具有>99.99%的殺菌率。因此,試驗物質至少具有中效的殺菌力。
According to the classification by Dr. Spaulding EH, disinfectants can be classified as low, intermediate and highly effective. We evaluate the microbicidal activity of "Lysol antimicrobial spray cleaner (country scent)" (hereinafter referred to as the test substance) provided by Mano Business Development Taiwan Ltd. against clinical pathogens. The method was conducted in accordance with the Standard Guide for Assessment of Antimicrobial Activity Using a Time-Kill Procedure of the American Society for Testing and Materials International (ASTM) E2315 and the tested microbes include Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Salmonella enterica subsp. enterica, ATCC 13311, Klebsiella pneumoniae, ATCC 4352, Streptococcus pyogenes, ATCC 14289, Aspergillus brasiliensis, ATCC 16404 and Bacillus subtilis subsp. spizizenii, ATCC 6633. In the test, 0.1 mL aliquot of each species/strain was added to 10 mL of the test substance (final microbial concentration of about 10^6 CFU/mL) for 1 hour, and then the amount of microbes obtained was compared with the control group (nutrient broth). Results showed that, except spore-former, the test substance had >99.99% microbicidal rate against all tested non-spore forming bacteria, mycobacteria and mold. Therefore, the test substance is considered as an intermediate effective disinfectant.
