影響銀髮族選擇旅遊行程因素之探討

摘要


內政部統計自82年開始,65歲以上人口比率達7.8%,已達聯合國衛生組織所定義的「高齡化社會」標準。與青壯年人口相比,銀髮族多退休在家,休閒活動反而在這些人口的生活中扮演重要的角色。參與休閒活動對於銀髮族的心理、生理及社會層面的活躍程度大有幫助,除可讓銀髮族與社會持續有互動,更可以讓銀髮族獲得新的社會角色定位。銀髮族因老化的關係,參與活動的次數不多,即便參與,活動性質偏向靜態。本研究先以休閒觀光旅遊及銀髮族參與活動的取向作分析,蒐集相關理論,找出銀髮族旅遊時會怎樣選擇活動內容,了解其選擇因素與可能評估構面或評估準則,再以修正式德菲法及層級分析法作為研究方法,藉以確定問題、評估準則確立、權重訂定等步驟,並透過問卷結果建立影響銀髮族旅遊選擇因素權及權重分析。文獻中整理出了五大構面,賞景、文化體驗、運動型活動、遊樂活動與美食,結果分析後以因子「體能」、「金錢」、「自然賞景」列為前三項,未來可供旅行業及各銷售部門參考。

Statistics from the Ministry of the Interior have started in 1982 and the ratio of the population over 65 years old has reached 7.8%. Has reached the "aging society" standard defined by the United Nations Health Organization. Compared with the young and middle-aged population, the senior people mostly retire at home, but leisure activities play an important role in the lives of these people. Participating in leisure activities is very helpful to the psychological, physical and social level of the senior people. In addition to allowing the senior people to continue to interact with society, the senior people can also get a new social role positioning. Due to the age, the senior people do not participate in many activities. Even if they participate, there would not be too many body movements. This study first analyzes the orientation of leisure tourism and the participation of senior people. Collect related theories and find out how the senior people choose the content of the event when traveling. Understand the selection factors and possible evaluation aspects or evaluation criteria. Then, the modified Delphi method and the Analytic hierarchy process are used as research methods to determine the problem, establish the evaluation criteria, and determine the weights. And through the results of the questionnaire, an analysis of the weights and weights of factors influencing the choice of senior tourism is established. The five major aspects are summarized in the literature, views, cultural experience, sports activities, recreational activities and good food. After analysis of the results, the factors "physical fitness", "money" and "natural scenery" are listed as the first three items, which can be used for reference by the travel industry and various sales departments in the future.
