摘要

雷諾氏現象（Raynaud's phenomenon）是一種不算少見的臨床症狀，可由多種不同的原因引發，有不同的預後。對臨床醫師而言，熟稔地辨別引起雷諾氏現象的原因、處理其可能引發的肢端缺血壞死等併發症，及想方設法增進患者的生活品質，均極具挑戰性。
