後天性血栓性血小板低下紫斑症

摘要

血栓性血小板低下紫斑症（thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura, TTP）為一血小板低下合併溶血、神經學症狀及腎功能受損之血液學急症，若無經過適當的血漿置換治療，有極高的死亡率，除了血漿置換外，尚有新的藥物進展可有效加速血小板恢復及減少TTP相關之併發症。
