At this stage, India and Vietnam have friendly relations, and India participates in activities such as Asia-Pacific neighboring countries through Vietnam. A closer partnership has been established between the two. Even though India does not have much interest in the South China Sea, India has the development of east still has high expectations. The maritime strategic development east of the Malacca Strait is believed to be an issue that India does not want to reveal. The cooperation strategy between Vietnam and India is another regional situation. The scope of economic and military cooperation between the two countries is far more than the scope of other fields. Hainan Island will be the focus and topic of future cooperation between the two countries in the Eastern Sea Strategy.
