臺灣蔬果加工廠簡易廢水前處理研究-以罐頭食品廠為例

摘要


值此全球氣候變遷、環保意識髙漲的時代,為建立簡易蔬果加工廠省水的廢水處理條件,以符合國家放流水之要求標準,本研究擬以簡易排放水之前處理達成此一目的。本研究以台灣地區的蔬果加工廠廢水現有資材為研究條件,於起始蔬果處理的廢水,首先以尼龍細網(網目20目)先過濾去除固體雜質、並増加截油槽設備之後,評估處理前後,對於廢水其特性產生之影響,並分降低SS、COD及BOD之影響,評估應用於台灣地區的蔬果加工廠廢水處理之可行性。研究結果顯示,去除固體雜質之後,將明顯降低SS及COD值與臭氣的發生,以符合國家放流水之要求標準。本研究確實可以尼龍細網先過濾去除固體雜質、並增加截油槽設備之簡易方法,使蔬果的廢水穩定化,降低SS及COD值,以符合國家放流水之要求標準。

This study describes a simple design for the pretreatment of discharge wastewater in fruit and vegetable processing plants. It is processed for the establishment of conditions to meet the requirements of national standards before reaching. In this study, the conditions of waste materials for fruit and vegetable processing was existing at the start of fruits and vegetables processing. We did pretreatment of fine mesh nylon filter to remove solid impurities, then reduced the producing wastewater by put the cut-off-oil-tank device. The evaluation before and after treatment for wastewater impacts the characteristics and points lower SS, COD and BOD impacts the assessment applied to fruits and vegetables, in the feasibility of wastewater treatment plants. The results show that the removal of solid impurities, will significantly reduce the SS and COD value and odors occur in order to meet the requirements of national standards. This research can really fine mesh nylon filter to remove solid impurities first and add cut-off-oil- tank equipment easy way to make fruits and vegetables wastewater stabilization, and reduce the SS and COD values to meet the requirements of national standards. The process is needed to meet the requirements set by national standards.
