木質纖維原料前處理製程之物性分析

Physical Properties Analysis of Lignocellulosic Biomass during Pretreatment Process

摘要


本研究為提供木質纖維原料前處理系統之工程設計參數,建立木質纖維原料的物理性質分析方法。前處理製程中各階段的物理性質可作為前處理系統中原料儲存設備、產物輸送設備、蒸汽加熱管件及反應程序等設計之基礎。本研究探討台濟常見之農林廢棄物如稻稈、蔗渣及木片等原料於前處理製程,其堆積密度、比熱性質、粒徑分佈以及吸水性的量測方法與數據,作為第二代生質精煉前處理系統開發與放大工程設計之參考。

The goal of this study was to develop standard methods of measurement for determining physical properties of lignocellulosic biomass, and also establish a physical property database of different material species. The methods can provide us with access to parameters for building and designing a pretreatment system. This work provides methods to determine particle size distribution after shredding, specific heat, bulk density and water content of common agricultural and forestry wastes in Taiwan, such as, rice straw, bagasse and wood chip. These properties can be used for scale-up design of pretreatment process for sustainable lignocellulosic biorefineries.
