The purpose of this paper is to describe the process and analyze the outcomes of the application of Story Telling And Acting learned from Vivian Gussin Paley in author's classes of English Story for Preschoolers. The first part of this paper describes why author wished to try the method of Story Telling And Acting, how author practiced it, and what were challenges the author had to confront with. The second part of this paper gives examples of the stories children told in the activity of Story Telling And Acting, and analyze the influence of it in the development of young children and their English learning in three semesters.
