Challenges and Opportunities of AUTOSAR Ecosystem

摘要


汽車開放系統架構(AUTomotive Open System ARchitecture, AUTOSAR)的出現使車輛控制系統的整體開發方式出現新的變革,帶動產業鏈的革新,在本文中透過AUTOSAR的系統架構與開發流程來分析AUTOSAR如何影響整個軟體生態系,並在初期開發與軟體遷移、複雜性與軟體工程及相容性幾個面向來說明AUTOSAR生態系參與者所會遭遇到困難。最後,透過說明AUTOSAR架構如何實現車輛功能安全需求和透過AUTOSAR架構建造全新軟體生態系等兩個案例來探討AUTOSAR的機會與未來趨勢。

The emergence of AUTOSAR architecture changes the development process of vehicle control system and revolutionizes the industrial chain. This paper first explains how the introduction of AUTOSAR system architecture affects entire software ecosystem, followed by discussion of difficulties that AUTOSAR ecosystem participants will be encountering from four different aspects - software migration, complexity handling, compatibility, and software engineering management. Finally, two cases, namely the AUTOSAR approach for functional safety implementation and the all-new software ecosystem, are used to demonstrate the opportunities and trends of AUTOSAR.
