In recent years, the rise of VR technologies has led to a variety of related applications being developed. In the field of education, we have seen that research on virtual reality combined with learning has provided a more diverse teaching and learning environment for teachers and learners. This study aims to combine virtual reality technology with workplace English learning to develop a workplace English VR gaming and learning system. This system incorporates the elements of the sports game and the repetitive practice methods proposed in the digital learning theory to bring users into the immersive experience of the virtual world and enhance the user's focus on learning and learning interest. And finally, through the qualitative research, we have collected and analyzed the user's feedback. Based on this result, it is confirmed that the system has a significant improvement in the university student's willingness to learn. In this paper, we also present the relevant experiences and suggestions for VR application development.
