摘要


二十世紀中臺灣書壇領袖─陳其銓,自小習書,創作不輟。一生歷經軍旅、擔任公職、弘揚書藝等階段。書作五體皆備,風神高古;最擅禮器隸書,晚年更創「綜體書」,書風從傳統到新變。作品形式隨際遇不同,呈現多樣化:有中堂、條幅、對聯、聯屏、扇面、鏡面、手札、題跋、尺牘等。陳其銓治書最尊「二王」以及晉、唐書家,重視人品與學養,堅持以「書道」傳人。組織「弘道書藝會」、「中華弘道書學會」,闡揚書藝。晚年返鄉,回報地方及母校,於廣東潮州韓山師院籌辦書法講座、書法輔修班,持續十數年,對海峽兩岸書法教育之推動,貢獻良多。

The leader of Taiwanese calligraphy circles in the 20th century, Mr. Chen Qiquan, learned calligraphy from childhood, and his life has been created continuously. Throughout his life, he passed through the military, served in public office, and carried forward the art of calligraphy. Calligraphy creates a variety of calligraphy fonts, the best is Lishu, in the later years, to create a comprehensive calligraphy, combined with the advantages of various fonts, calligraphy style can be said to be from tradition to innovation. Calligraphy works in many forms, presenting diversity. Mr. Chen pays special attention to the conscience, personality and inner cultivation and insists on passing of "calligraphy spirit". He organized the "Hongdo Calligraphy Art Society", "Chinese Hongdao Calligraphy Society", returned to his hometown in his later years, and returned to the school he had studied before. He organized a "Calligraphy Minor Course" at the Chaozhou Hanshan Training Teachers' School. He has contributed a lot to the promotion of calligraphy education across the Taiwan Straits.
