摘要
本試驗利用具高產蛋特性的畜試白絲羽烏骨雞，雜交具十全外觀與產藍殼蛋之民間烏骨雞，進行外觀、蛋殼顏色及產蛋性能選育，育成具烏骨雞十全外觀且能產出藍殼蛋之烏骨雞，提供產業特色化藍殼烏骨雞蛋生產。以畜試白絲羽烏骨雞與產藍殼蛋民間烏骨雞雜交，以小族群系譜選育的方式，掛上個別翼號，持續選育產藍殼蛋之烏骨雞，繁殖新世代。雞隻育成期間水與飼料任食，於16週齡進行雞隻外觀與體重檢定，以及雛白痢篩檢後，母雞上籠收集初產蛋重、初產體重、30週齡蛋殼顏色、40週齡產蛋數、40週齡平均蛋重及40週齡體重。另公雞16週齡體重需達族群公雞平均體重以上，列入候選之種公雞上雞籠飼養。選育依產蛋母雞蛋殼顏色檢定資料，進行家族選拔選留30週齡蛋殼顏色a*值較藍色之個體公雞與母雞，配種繁殖下一代，供繼續選育使用。試驗選育8個世代總計檢定公雞1,410隻與母雞1,678隻。第8世代（G8）檢定結果，公雞與母雞16週齡平均體重分別為1,342與948g。16週齡雛白痢陽性檢出率為0%。選育出的藍殼蛋烏骨雞品種（系）特徵具有玫瑰冠、纓頭、藍耳、鬍鬚、絲羽、烏皮、烏骨、烏肉、多趾、毛腳、藍殼蛋等特徵。產蛋性能測定結果，母雞平均初產日齡、初產蛋重、初產體重、40週齡體重、40週齡平均蛋重及40週齡產蛋數分別為168日、31.7g、1,356g、1,526g、43.2g及75枚，30週齡蛋殼顏色L*值、a*值及b*值平均分別為80.4、-8.01及10.5，蛋形係數為0.78、蛋殼強度3.32kg/cm^2、蛋殼厚度0.33mm。第8世代所有留種公雞與種母雞，抽血檢測藍殼蛋基因型，全數皆為OO藍殼蛋純合型基因，具有產藍殼蛋之特性，將可供產業生產藍殼烏骨雞蛋之商用特色蛋生產的種禽。

The experiment was conducted by selecting and breeding blue shell egg silky chickens using high egg production performance of LRI white silky chickens. LRI white silky chickens were crossed with the commercial introduction of blue shell egg silky chickens using the method of small-group pedigree selection and breeding. The chicks were identified with individual wing tag and kept selecting and breeding new generation of blue shell egg silky chickens. Water and feed were provided ad libitum during growing period. Body weight, breed characteristics and Pullorum disease (PD) were determined at 16 weeks of age. Females were caged and collected for egg weight, body weight at the first egg and egg shell color at 30 weeks of age. Egg number, egg weight and body weight at 40 weeks of age were also investigated. Males were selected and caged if body weight reached average of population at 16 weeks of age. Family selection was carried out to select individual male and female with blue eggshell color (a* value) at 30 weeks of age, and reproduce the next generation for continued breeding. A total of 1,410 males and 1,678 females from 8 generations were examined. The results in G8 indicated that the body weight of male and female at 16 weeks of age was 1,342 and 948 g, respectively. No PD was detected at the age of 16 weeks. Characteristics of blue shell egg silky chicken included rose crown, tufted head, blue ears, whiskers, silk feathers, dark skin, dark bones, dark meat, multi-toes, hairy feet and blue egg shell. The results of laying performance indicated that age, egg weight and body weight for the first egg was 168 day, 31.7 g and 1,356 g, respectively. Body weight, egg weight and egg number at 40 weeks of age was 1,526 g, 43.2 g and 75, respectively. Egg shell color of L*, a* and b* value at 30 weeks of age was 80.4, -8.01 and 10.5, respectively. The egg shape coefficient, the eggshell strength and eggshell thickness were 0.78, 3.32 kg/ cm^2 and 0.33 mm, respectively. Breeding males and females in the 8^(th) generation were collected blood for blue-shell egg genotype. All the aforementioned breeds were homozygous with OO blue-shell egg gene. They have the characteristics of producing blue-shell eggs and the selected silky chicken flocks with blue shell eggs can be the breeders for commercial production of blue shell eggs.
