摘要

公園是民眾休閒地方，「新竹公園再生計畫」改造目的讓市民有更好、更豐富美好城市生活，在新竹市政府首長支持，公部門行政專業與各領域成員如景觀設計師、建築師、動植物、文化資產、體育、交通運輸、視覺傳達、燈光設計等專家及委外經營廠商討論後，提出「麗池園林空間、百年大道、動物園再生計畫、兒童探索園區、市民廣場」軟、硬體計畫，將延續市民對百年新竹公園的期待。
