摘要

台灣近來發生多起警察執法爭議，不但警察顏面無光，人民保母形象大受打擊。本文從2021年發生的女老師遭壓制上銬、台北市松山分局遭黑衣人闖入等案件，從司法院憲法法庭釋憲解釋文中，探討警察執法比例原則研究，並分析各界探討，提供執政者一個改變警察政策思考的反省機會。

Recently, there have been many disputes over police law enforcement in Taiwan. Not only the police face has been disgraced, but the image of people's nanny has been severely hit. In the Interpretation of the Constitution of the Constitutional Court, the study of the principle of proportionality in police enforcement is discussed, and discussions from all walks of life are analyzed, providing the rulers with an opportunity to reflect on the thinking of changing police policies.
