目的:探討頜骨囊腫術中使用牛骨粉(Bio-Oss)及天然膠原屏障膜(Bio-Gide)聯合治療療效。方法:選取頜骨囊腫患者30例,手術摘除囊腫後,分成2組:實驗組使用牛骨粉Bio-Oss填塞,並用天然膠原屏障膜Bio-Gide覆蓋;對照組不作處理。根據臨床及影像學資料分析評估術後骨缺損處的骨質再生和改建情況。結果:30例患者術後均按時進行複查。複查時利用錐束CT配帶的骨質測量軟件對兩組患者的術後骨密度進行測量和分析。實驗組的患者3個月、6個月、12個月時的骨密度平均值分別為114.13±8.92、122.205±9.43、131.41±10.13。對照組患者3個月、6個月、12個月時測得的數值分別為56.94±9.68、66.51±13.01、90.33±11.21。經統計學分析,兩組之間差異存在統計學意義(P<0.05)。結論:在成骨速度和成骨品質方面,頜骨囊腫術後聯合使用牛骨粉(Bio-Oss)及天然膠原屏障膜(Bio-Gide)修復的病例要明顯好於未使用修復材料的病例。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Bio-Oss and Bio-Gide in the treatment of jaw cyst. Methods: Thirty patients with jaw cyst were selected and divided into two groups after surgical removal of the cyst. The experimental group was filled with Bio-Oss and covered with Bio-Gide. The control group was not treated. Bone regeneration and remodeling at the bone defect were evaluated based on clinical and CBCT imaging data. Results: All the 30 patients underwent regular reexamination after surgery. Bone mineral density was measured and analyzed by cone beam CBCT with bone measurement software. The mean BMD values of the experimental group at 3M, 6M and 12M were 114.13±8.92, 122.205±9.43 and 131.41±10.13, respectively. The values of the control group at 3M, 6M and 12M were 56.94±9.68, 66.51±13.01 and 90.33±11.21, respectively. After statistical analysis, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: In terms of the speed and quality of osteogenesis, the cases of maxillary cyst treated with Bio-Oss and Bio-Gide were significantly better than those treated with no materials.
