In this thesis, the business plan of the automatic showering machine is analyzed based on many analysis methods. First, the overview of the aging population and the need for long-term care centers are analyzed. Second, the motivation of the business plan is explained. Third, the value proposition canvas is developed by conducting surveys and interviews. Fourth, the product and service of automatic showering machine is presented in detail. Fifth, by using the SWOT and Porter’s Five Forces, the business plan is analyzed from the marketing and strategy perspectives. Sixth, financial plan of the business plan is discussed and forecast by using the start-up cost estimation, balance sheet, income statement, and cash-flow statement. Seventh, by combining the product, marketing, strategy, financial analysis, a total analysis is done for the business plan by using the business model canvas. From the above analysis on the business plan, the automatic showering machine business is concluded to be successful and ready to be started.
