弱電智慧企業創新發展戰略研究 —以艾九智慧公司為例

摘要


近年來,隨著建築自動化水準的提高,弱電行業技術革新步伐加快。5A智慧建築、物聯網IOT、人工智慧AI、大資料對弱電行業影響深遠,弱電智慧化是未來弱電行業發展趨勢之一。弱電智慧化工程無論在設計、管理、維護等各方面都對企業提出了更高的要求。未來,弱電智慧企業如何應對智慧化的變化和市場需求,準確市場定位和創新發展戰略是每一個弱電智慧企業應當思考的問題。 鑒於此,本文以艾九智慧公司為例,共分七個部分對弱電智慧企業創新發展戰略進行了研究。第一章為緒言,主要介紹了本文的研究背景、研究意義、研究方法等。第二章對企業發展戰略相關理論進行了綜述,首先對國內外文獻進行了分析,並重點對波士頓矩陣理論和SWOT理論進行了闡述,為後文研究提供理論基礎。第三章分別對國內國外的標杆企業進行了分析,找出企業自身不足與優勢。第四章重點分析了艾九智慧企業內外部環境,利用波士頓矩陣工具,介紹了艾九智慧公司概況,分別對該公司的明星業務、金牛業務、瘦狗業務進行了分析,並從業務發展和內部環境的兩個方面,指出了企業存在相關問題的成因。第五章重點從優勢、劣勢、機會、威脅等四個方面,對艾九智慧公司的SWOT進行了分析,並在前文研究基礎上,提出了艾九智慧公司創新發展戰略,首先分析了該公司創新發展戰略定位,接著提出了創新發展戰略的具體實施,包括扭轉瘦狗業務,打造智慧型企業;夯實金牛業務,大力發展運維服務;發揮企業優勢,建立產品行銷聯盟平臺。第六章提出了艾九智慧公司創新發展戰略的實施規劃,以及實施創新發展戰略的保障,包括優化企業內部組織架構、合理進行資源配置、更加注重人才培養和儲備等。第七章為結論,對本文研究進行了小結,並對下一步研究進行了展望。以期通過本文研究為艾九智慧公司,以及其他弱電企業的戰略發展,提供一定的理論指導和實踐參考意義。

With the improvement of the level of building automation in China, all kinds of weak products continue to carry out technological innovation, artificial intelligence, large data on the weak industry also far-reaching impact, weak intelligence is the future development trend of weak industry. Weak intelligent engineering both in the design, management, maintenance and other aspects of the enterprise have put forward higher requirements. The future, weak enterprises how to deal with intelligent changes and market demand, accurate market positioning and innovation and development strategy is every weak enterprises should think about the problem. In view of this, this article takes AI nine Intelligent Company as an example, and is divided into seven parts to study the innovation and development strategy of the weak current intelligent enterprise. The first chapter is the introduction, mainly introduces the research background, research significance, research methods etc.. The second chapter on the theory of enterprise development strategies are summarized, analyzed the domestic and foreign literature, and mainly elaborates the Boston matrix theory and SWOT theory, provide a theoretical basis for later study. The third chapter analyzes the domestic and foreign benchmarking enterprises, and finds out their own shortcomings. The fourth chapter focuses on the analysis of the internal and external environment, nine intelligent enterprise, using the Boston matrix introduced business, AI nine Intelligent Company, respectively, on the company's star business, Taurus business, dogs are analyzed, and from the two aspects of business development and internal environment and points out the causes of enterprise related problems. The fifth chapter mainly analyzes from four aspects of advantages and disadvantages, opportunities and threats of AI nine Intelligent Company SWOT, and on the basis of previous research, put forward nine Intelligent Company AI innovation development strategy, first analyzes the company's innovative development strategy, then put forward the concrete implementation strategy of innovation and development, including the torsion of thin the dog business, create intelligent enterprise; consolidate the Taurus business, vigorously develop the service; business advantage, establish product marketing alliance. The sixth chapter puts forward the planning and implementation of the development strategy of AI nine Intelligent Company of innovation, and ensuring the implementation of innovative development strategy, including the optimization of the internal organizational structure, reasonable allocation of resources, pay more attention to personnel training and reserves. The seventh chapter is the conclusion. It gives a brief summary of this research and looks forward to the next step. In order to provide some theoretical guidance and practical reference significance for the strategic development of AI nine, Intelligent Company and other weak enterprises.
