成年前期基督徒女性團體家屋適應歷程探究
Adaption Process of Group Home of Early Female Christian Adult
摘要
本研究欲了解基督徒成年前期女性入住召會團體家屋—「姊妹之家」之適應歷程，以質性研究中的敘說研究為方法，並以滾雪球抽樣的方式，採半結構訪談對六位入住姊妹之家三年以上之受訪者進行1-2次訪談。 根據訪談內容所謄錄之文本進行反覆閱讀、理解，及協同分析者進行討論，透過編碼、整理進行主題歸納，依序整理為：（一）背景、（二）環境適應、（三）人際衝突、（四）成長等部分；環境適應又分為期待、幻滅、適應等三階段，其中高期待者對團體生活有較明確的想像，如生活規律、受成全、有同伴等等，若未達到也會更失望，而人際衝突大部分則會因信仰價值觀傾向走向和解階段，並在和解前的醞釀階段融入信仰特色。 受訪者在這些經驗中最常使用的資源為：服事者、姊姊們、社區的家。成長部分則皆認為升上高年級後需要扮演姊姊的角色、幫助低年級，對自己在人際上有幫助。 期待透過此適應歷程的探討，提供實務工作者面對其特有文化時能有更深入的思考，幫助成年前期女性度過適應歷程，並提供研究限制與建議，使適應歷程能更加完整。

The purpose of this study is to understand the living experience of young adult Christian women. To explore their adaption process of the group home and the conflicts with the other resident. The research adopts qualitative method, Narrative research and snowball sampling. The researcher utilized semi-structured interviews with in-depth perspective for the resident who live in the sister house more than three years. According to the content of interviews, this study analyzes the experience which contains two parts: the adaption of the environment and the interpersonal conflicts. Each interviewee has different difficulties depends on their life experience. But all of them receive the hand of the servant, approving sisters and the saints home to make through the process which merge the belief into their solutions. Based on the result of this study, the research expects to provide thought of conselor to help female young adult Christian to get through the process. The research also provide several limitation and suggestion for the future research to contributes more information.
