Taiwan can grow vegetables and fruits all year round because of Taiwan geographical location and climate, and most of the production period is concentrated in autumn, winter and spring. In these seasons, it is often faced with the arrival of cold air masses and humid environments, which is the peak period of infection with downy mildew . Vegetables infected with downy mildew will quickly breed and cause losses to farmers. In the research of this thesis, for the Taiwan area, the environmental data of three greenhouses in two phases were collected using sensors and Internet of Things technology. The collected environmental factors are greenhouse air temperature, air humidity, air CO2, soil temperature, soil humidity, CO2 near vegetables, temperature and humidity of Central Weather Bureau weather station, and the amount of infections caused by fungal disease in the two vegetable harvests is recorded. In order to explore the difference between the environment and the relationship between the environment and the disease, the collected environmental data and the harvest results are analyzed, and the results of the analysis are discussed to obtain the recommended environment which is provided to farmers, to reduce the vegetable infections and income losses.
