飛機修護是維持飛航安全的重要環節之一,而飛機修護的最基本是以MSG邏輯來發展,MSG為飛機修護的主要精髓,我們必須了解MSG以確保對飛機修護內容有正確的觀念,以維持飛航安全。由於邏輯分析觀念隨時間進步,檢查計畫也更趨嚴密,其發展背景與目的為我們所需了解的。此研究的目的在於了解MSG-2及MSG-3的差異,對於飛機修護作業的影響。 本研究分為五章,第一章為簡介,介紹飛機維護的基本概念,以及飛機維護計畫的製作及相關文件之關係;第二章為維修指導小組之介紹,包含MSG之發展概況及介紹,並針對MSG-3進行詳細介紹,比較MSG-3及MSG-2邏輯之差異;第三章為維護計畫文件及飛機維護計畫之概述,以國內某航空公司之飛機維護計畫為例;第四章為MSG-2與MSG-3之比較,以某航空公司MD-80機隊為例,以不同MSG發展之MPD進行分析比較。最後第五章結論與建議,說明MSG-2及MSG-3對於飛機修護作業的差異,提供建議以供航空公司參考運用。 研究方式以收集MSG相關文件以及飛機原廠提供的相關資料,進行匯整,以了解MSG及飛機修護計畫之關係並進而分析MSG-2及MSG-3之差異,以某航空公司MD-80機隊為例,分析其差異之影響。
Aircraft maintenance is one of the important issue of maintaining flight safety. The most basic aspect of aircraft maintenance is the development of MSG (Maintenance Steering Group) logic. MSG is the main essence of aircraft maintenance. We need to understand MSG to ensure the correct concept of aircraft maintenance, in order to maintain flight safety. As the concept of analysis keeping pace with time, the inspection plan become more rigorous. Its developing background and purpose are what we need to understand. The purpose of this study was to understand the impact of differences between MSG-2 and MSG-3 on aircraft maintenance operations. The study is divided into five chapters. The first chapter is the introduction of the basic concepts of aircraft maintenance, as well as the relationship between the aircraft maintenance plans and related documents. The second chapter is the introduction of the maintenance steering group, including the development of MSG, and the differences between the MSG-3 and MSG-2 logics. The third chapter is an overview of the Maintenance Planning Document and the Aircraft Maintenance Program, taking a case of the Aircraft Maintenance Program of an airline in Taiwan as an example. The fourth chapter is the comparison of MSG-2 and MSG-3, taking a MD-80 fleet in the airline as an example, compared and analyzed the different of the MPDs developed by different MSGs. The final chapter is the conclusions and recommendations, explain the differences between MSG-2 and MSG-3 for aircraft maintenance operations and provide recommendations for airline reference. The research method is to collect MSG related documents and relevant data provided by the aircraft manufacturer, to understand the relationship between MSG and Aircraft Maintenance Program and analyze the differences between MSG-2 and MSG-3. A certain airline’s MD-80 fleet is taken as an example to analyze the impact of the differences.
