摘要

循環經濟的思維逐漸在全世界受到關注，以半導體產業為例，晶圓載具需在經過各式各樣的製程下，確保精細的半導體晶片的安全，並說明廢棄的晶圓載具如何利用精密的清洗設備與完善的檢驗流程，使晶圓載具可以回收循環利用，達到循環經濟應用於晶圓載具之模式及未來發展與趨勢。

Circular economy thinking has gradually attracted worldwide attention. Taking Semi-conductor industry as an example, wafer carriers application needs to ensure that the wafers are still safe under a variety of manufacturing processes. Furthermore, it explains how to recycle discarded wafer carriers by utilizing sophisticated cleaning equipment and a complete inspection process in order to achieve the circular economy applied in the wafer carrier recycling mode and future development & trends.
