中平路故事館再利用之真實性調查研究

臺灣文化資產空間再利用追求經濟存活的過程中，往往過於傾向商業價值的發展，觀光規劃者重塑之觀光情境，多數依循著相仿的模式進行，文化資產空間逐漸喪失文化價值與歷史意涵。因此，文化資產空間再利用必須考量修復前之真實性（Authenticity）樣態，彰顯自身歷史與文化意涵。本研究藉由重新審視中平路故事館之歷史脈絡，釐清個案於觀光規劃之過程中，逐漸形變的真實性樣貌，結論分述如下： 1. 個案原真性並非完全符合官舍建築設計標準，本研究認為個案再利用可藉此特點與它者異質化。 2. 個案舞台化真實性之變容中，室內空間體現臺灣人居住時期之樣態；外部空間表現日本人居住時期之表徵；使用與機能涉略廣泛，形塑之觀光情境不全然符合觀光規劃者之初衷，亦未必聯結個案之集體記憶。 3. 本研究認為六椰屋及豬圈於個案真實性重建之過程中，屬於串聯、發散或是收斂集體記憶之媒介，具備匯集臺灣人居住時期集體記憶之用途，有助於中平路故事館於再利用彰顯個案特色。個案空間活動內容涉略廣泛且短暫，缺乏長時間傳承特定記憶之特質，本研究認為難以強化觀光客對中平路故事館之真實性感知。關鍵字：中平路故事館、文化資產空間、再利用、真實性、集體記憶

In the process of reusing Taiwan's cultural asset space in pursuit of economic survival, it is often overly inclined to the development of commercial value. Tourism planners reshape the tourism situation mostly following a similar model, and the cultural asset space gradually loses cultural value and historical meaning. Therefore, the reuse of cultural assets space must consider the authenticity before restoration and show its historical and cultural meaning. This study re-examines the historical context of the Zhongping Road Story House, and clarifies the authenticity of the case that has gradually changed in the process of tourism planning. The conclusions are as follows: 1. The authenticity of the case does not completely meet the architectural design standards of the official residence. This study believes that the reuse of the case can be used to differentiate from others. 2. In the variation of the staged authenticity of the case, the indoor space reflects the Taiwanese living period; the external space expresses the representation of the Japanese living period; the use and function are extensive, and the shaped sightseeing situation does not completely conform to the tourism planner. The original intention does not necessarily link the collective memory of the case. 3. This study believes that the Liu Ye House and the Pigpen are a medium for connecting, diverging, or converging collective memories in the process of authenticity reconstruction of the case. They have the purpose of collecting collective memories of Taiwanese during their lives, which is helpful for the Zhongping Road Story House. Reuse highlights the characteristics of individual cases. The content of the space activities of the case is extensive and short-lived, and lacks the characteristics of passing on specific memories for a long time. This study believes that it is difficult to strengthen the authenticity of tourists' perception of the Zhongping Road Story House.
