強制性親職教育被裁處者改變歷程之探討

摘要


本研究目的旨在探討接受強制性親職教育被裁處者改變之歷程,期待透過被裁處者、被裁處者之兒少保護社工、執行強制性親職教育之執行人員及被裁處者之家人了解被裁處者接受強制性親職教育後的改變,並找出促成其改變之關鍵因子。本研究採質性研究,以立意抽樣訪談了五位被裁處者、四位兒少保社工、三位家處社工、六位強制性親職教育之執行者,共18位受訪者。 研究發現被裁處者及其家人觀察被裁處者之改變面向分為互動關係、承擔親職角色、教養能力提升;強親工作者觀察被裁處者之改變面向可分為互動關係、承擔親職角色、教養能力提升、個人內在能力提升;促成被裁處者改變之關鍵因子為建立關係、降低違法風險、強化親職功能、建構家庭資源、促進個人成長。最後,本研究分別對兒少保社工、家庭處遇社工、強制性親職教育執行人員提出建議,做為未來強制性親職教育處遇之參考。

The purpose of this study is to inspect the changing process of perpetrators breaking Child and Juvenile Rights Protection Act and going through mandatory parent education. I look forward to understanding the changes that have been made to the perpetrators, after receiving mandatory parent education, and to identifying the key factors that contributed to their changes by conducting interviews with perpetrators going through mandatory parent education, child protection service social workers of the perpetrators, the mandatory parental education executives and families of the perpetrators. In this study, a qualitative research was carried out through purposive sampling and by interviewing five perpetrators going through mandatory parent education, four child protection service social workers, three family-based intervention social workers and six mandatory parental education executives. There are totally 18 interviewees. The study found that the perpetrators’ changes observed by themselves and their families, after receiving mandatory parent education, include 3 aspects of improvements: interactive relationships, parental role fulfillment and the parenting ability. The study also found that changes noticed by the related workers of the mandatory parent education can be divided into 4 aspects of progress: interactive relationships, parental role fulfillment, the parenting ability and personal intrinsic capacity. The key factors driving the changes of the perpetrators are to establish working relationships, reduce illegal risks, strengthen parental functions, build family resources and promote personal growth. Finally, this study proposes suggestions respectively to the child protection service social workers, family-based intervention social workers and mandatory parent education executives as references for future mandatory parent education.
