基於簡易網管協定的物聯網管理資訊模型之研究

摘要


隨著感測系統與通訊技術的進步,使得物聯網(IoT)應用的發展逐漸成為一種趨勢。由於感測技術的成熟,使得感測器成本逐漸低廉,自行開發物聯網感測器應用的廠商越來越多,導致眾多不同廠牌的感測器沒辦法互相溝通。因此,如何改善不同廠牌感測器之間的溝通及管理成為了一個重要的課題。為解決上述問題,本論文採用網際網路管理標準SNMP作為感測器監測與溝通的標準,SNMP不只定義通訊協定,還有包含組織模型、資訊模型、通訊模型以及功能模型四個模型。本研究之重點放在管理資訊模型,嘗試定義感測器監測所需要的被管物件,在實作上本論文使用開放原始碼Net-SNMP套件中的MIB-Specific Extension Commands功能,再搭配標準之MIB-Ⅱ以及自行設計之IOTManagement模組提供一套物聯網管理資訊模型的系統架構。並依此系統架構實作出一套能夠支援不同廠牌感測器之管理監控系統,使得在不同廠商所製造的感測器能夠互相溝通,並有效控管諸多感測器。

With the advancement of sensing systems and communication technologies, the development of built-in Internet of Things (IoT) applications has gradually become a trend. Due to the maturity of the sensing technology, the cost of the sensor is gradually reduced. Therefore, how to improve the communication and management between sensors of different vendors has become an important issue for manufacturers who develop IoT sensor applications. This paper adopts SNMP, the Internet network management standard, as the protocol for controlling and monitoring sensors. SNMP not only defines the communication protocol, but also includes four models: organization model, information model, communication model and function model. The focus of this study is on the information model for IoT management. This thesis presents an implementation of the proposed information model using the open-source Net-SNMP package, that follows the IETF network management standards. We use the MIB-specific extended command functions provided by Net-SNMP to extend an SNMP agent with IoT management capability and the standard MIB-Ⅱ. With the support of the SNMP agent, a IoT management system can monitor a variety of sensors from different vendors. As a consequence, sensors of different manufacturers can communicate with each other and can be effectively integrated for better IoT applications.
