This study focuses on investigating the relationship between college students' extra-curricular activity experience and multisocial ability. Moreover, the interaction of grade, service-learning experience, living educational experience and experience of association participation on the multisocial ability was also researched.After analyzing the 898 effective guestionnaires, the results display the essential conclusion as following four points: 一、 The notable positive relationship exists between, college students' service experience and adaptability and character performance. 二、 The obvious positive relationship occurs between college students' living educational experience and cultural force and team power. 三、 The significant positive relationship takes place. Between undergraduate students’ experience of community participation and adaptability, cultural force and team power. 四、 The adaptability, cultural force, character performance and creativity of the Low-grade undergraduate students who have experience of association participation are higher than that of the Low-grade students who have no experience of association participation, but there is no difference on the above-mentioned phenomenon for high-grad college students.
