摘要
企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planing, ERP)系統常成為企業流程再造(Business Process Re-engineering, BPR)的最佳參考，提供企業管理者藉由資訊科技落實BPR精神，企業流程再造的過程，影響ERP系統導入之成敗。企業導入ERP系統，有許多導入成功的案例，也有許多導入失敗的案例。有些企業雖導入上線但卻績效不彰，更有許多企業遲遲無法將系統正常運作。大部份的ERP導入專案，在組織、流程上或多或少有新的挑戰與不同的問題。 本研究主要的目的是針對個案公司再次導入ERP系統時，流程再造推動的狀況與導入顧問的背景及舊有ERP系統對導入成效影響進行研究，探討影響企業ERP系統導入過程所遇到的問題，分析成效之關鍵因素及其相互關連性。經由比較分析第一次系統的問題，為什麼產生第二次的導入，及第二次導入成效探討。讓ERP系統在整合企業資源時能有效發揮，是本研究之探討動機與目的。透過探討企業導入ERP系統於企業內部流程再造推動的困難點，顧問導入經驗與產業知識和舊有系統的影響與面臨之問題，是如何影響成功導入ERP系統之效益，可作為企業針對導入ERP系統可能面臨的挑戰及處理方式，提供一些導入的參考。
