二次導入ERP系統之研究-以某個案公司為例

摘要


企業資源規劃(Enterprise Resource Planing, ERP)系統常成為企業流程再造(Business Process Re-engineering, BPR)的最佳參考,提供企業管理者藉由資訊科技落實BPR精神,企業流程再造的過程,影響ERP系統導入之成敗。企業導入ERP系統,有許多導入成功的案例,也有許多導入失敗的案例。有些企業雖導入上線但卻績效不彰,更有許多企業遲遲無法將系統正常運作。大部份的ERP導入專案,在組織、流程上或多或少有新的挑戰與不同的問題。 本研究主要的目的是針對個案公司再次導入ERP系統時,流程再造推動的狀況與導入顧問的背景及舊有ERP系統對導入成效影響進行研究,探討影響企業ERP系統導入過程所遇到的問題,分析成效之關鍵因素及其相互關連性。經由比較分析第一次系統的問題,為什麼產生第二次的導入,及第二次導入成效探討。讓ERP系統在整合企業資源時能有效發揮,是本研究之探討動機與目的。透過探討企業導入ERP系統於企業內部流程再造推動的困難點,顧問導入經驗與產業知識和舊有系統的影響與面臨之問題,是如何影響成功導入ERP系統之效益,可作為企業針對導入ERP系統可能面臨的挑戰及處理方式,提供一些導入的參考。

The enterprise resource plan(ERP) system often becomes the business process re-engineering(BPR)the best reference, provides the superintendent of enterprise affiliation to carry out the BPR spirit by the information science and technology, the business process re-engineering, affects the ERP system to induct the success or failure. The enterprise inducts the ERP system, some many inducts the successful case, also some many inducts the defeat the case. Some enterprises although induct the line but actually the achievements not well, some many enterprises slowly are unable the system normal operation. Major part ERP inducts the special case, in the organization, the flow more or less has the new challenge and the different question. This research main goal is aims at when once more the case company inducts the ERP system,the business process re-engineering impetus condition with inducts consultant''s background and old has the ERP system to induct the result influence to conduct the research, the discussion influence enterprise ERP system inducts the question which the process meets, the analysis result the key aspect and mutual correlational.By way of does the comparative analysis first systems question, why produce second time induction, and second time inducts the result discussion.Let the ERP system when the conformity enterprise resources can display effectively, is discussion motive and the goal this research.The penetration discussion enterprise inducts the ERP system in the enterprise interior flow restoration impetus sleepy difficulty, consultant inducts the experience and the industrial knowledge and has the system influence with to face the question old, is how affects inducts benefit of successfully the ERP system, may in view of induct the challenge and the processing mode as the enterprise which the ERP system possibly faces, provides reference which some induct.
