摘要
此計畫紀錄了中國民族這一百年來的軍服演變，從軍服的演變上我 們可以觀察其歷史軍服象徵著國家的文化以及富裕程度。 自中華民國建立以來，軍閥混戰以及軍制的不一致，舉凡軍服的顏 色、式樣和製作材料等，因派系不同，各行其是，極不統一。1949 年 之後，許多軍民雖著國民政府來台灣，國共雙方開始對軍服的種類、 樣式、顏色、材料及穿著時機等，作積極之規範；除希望在外觀上能 表現軍人之威武儀表外，應合乎輕便、耐用、舒適等軍事戰鬥要求。 有趣的是當時國家或政權穿上的軍服，能夠明顯發現中國或不同政 權的外交傾向，例如說中央軍隊有德制步兵師、地方部隊會搭配日軍 裝備等。 除了舉辦展覽以及出書，本研究也會結合實際上穿過這些軍服的榮 民訪談紀錄搭配紀實攝影，賦予軍服在該時代的實質意義，從軍服去 讀歷史，表現出從現在看到過去的模樣。一方面除了做到歷史的考證 之外，也透過該創作來紀念當時戰亂時代的戰爭英雄。

This project records the evolution of Chinese nation within 100 years. People can observe the history from the evolution of uniforms. The uniforms symbol the culture and the prosperity of a country. Since the founding of the Republic of China, warlords against each other and the institutions of army are discordant. Because different factions run with independent rules, results in various color, style and material of uniform. After 1949, many soldiers and civilians came to Taiwan with Nationalist Government, the Kuomintang and the Communist actively set up the standard of the wearing time about different type, style, color, material of uniform. Besides expecting for displaying the mighty appearance, they also met the military combat requirements of light, durable and comfortable. There is something interesting about the uniforms worn by the authority or regime can behave the diplomatic tendency of China or other regime. For example, there are German infantry divisions in the Central Army and the Local Army wears the Japanese equipment. Except holding the exhibition and publishing the book, this research also interviewed the veteran servicemen who actually wore these uniforms, and combine with documentary photography. Bestow the meanings on the uniforms in different ages. Learn the history from uniforms shows seeing the past from now. In addition to verifying the history, also commemorate the heroes during the war era by this creation.
