隨著台灣社會在經濟發展上快速的成長,社會不斷進步以及家庭結構與生活方式的改變,促使愈來愈多的婦女加入了就業市場。因此雙薪家庭日漸增多而造成了國小學生課後無人照顧的問題。然而台灣教育環境的改變,也使得小學生下課後不再是直奔家裡,而是到安親班或補習班,在校門口等候的人,也從家人轉變成安親班老師。 有鑑於此本研究主要以國小課後安親班經營現況與精進方案為題,輔以相關業內專業人士進行深度訪談,主要希望透過訪談以了解目前國小課後安親班對於未來經營上面的精進方向,以作為後續經營之參考,根據本研究結果顯示,對於安親班之經營應注意軟體、硬體、室內外環境等相關應有所注重,對於師資培訓方面也應定期列管且可利用分班方式提升學生學習成效,並且提出多樣化的課程或策略聯盟的方式,以強化家長對安親班的信任,達到經營成效的目的。
With the rapid growth of Taiwan's society in economic development, continuous social progress and changes in family structure and lifestyle, more and more women are joining the job market. Therefore, the increasing number of double-paying families has caused the problem of unattended primary school students after school. However, the changes in the educational environment in Taiwan have made primary school students no longer go straight to their homes after class, but instead go to the academy or cram school, and those who wait at the school gate also change from their families to academy teachers. In view of this, this research mainly focuses on the current status of the elementary school after-school security class operation and the improvement plan, supplemented by indepth interviews with relevant industry professionals. As a reference for follow-up management, according to the results of this study, attention should be paid to hardware, software, indoor and outdoor environment, etc., and teacher training should be regularly managed and Classes can be used to improve students 'learning effectiveness, and a variety of courses or strategic alliances can be proposed to strengthen parents' trust in the academy and achieve the purpose of operating results.
