ISO/IEC 17025：2017改版差異分析之研究-以軍工廠實驗室為例

財團法人全國認證基金會是國內唯一專責認證機構，目的是整合認證資源，統籌管理全國認證事宜，俾利經濟發展與民生需求；本研究藉由探討國軍某軍工廠實驗室即將面臨新舊版ISO/IEC 17025 認證規範轉換，在規範轉換過程中比較差異性。本研究藉由文獻分析法，歸納出新舊規範的差異，根據相關結果與該軍工廠實驗室做比較，以期在符合規範要求同時又滿足體制與實驗室需求下，有效管理實驗室品質系統運作，提升檢驗技術能力，秉持公正、專業品質與服務的核心精神，嚴格把關軍品品質，進而發揮實驗室的整體能力。

Taiwan Accerdition Foundation is the only dedicated certification body in China. The purpose is to integrate certification resources and manage national certification issues to bene-fit economic development and people's livelihood needs. This study will soon face new and old versions of a military factory laboratory. ISO/IEC 17025 certification specification con-version, comparing differences in the specification conversion process. This study uses the literature analysis method to summarize the differences between the old and new norms, and compares the results with the military factory laboratory, in order to effectively manage the laboratory quality system operation while meeting the requirements of the specification and meeting the needs of the system and the laboratory. Improve the ability of inspection technology, adhere to the core spirit of fairness, professional quality and service, strictly control the quality of military products, and then play the overall ability of the labora-tory.
