賈科莫·普契尼(Giacomo Puccini, 1858-1924)的歌劇為當代與後人所稱讚,他的音樂感動人心,旋律優美悅耳。其歌劇迄今仍為各地歌劇院熱門上演曲目,他在歌劇中所譜曲的詠嘆調,很多都成為現今獨立表演的曲目。普契尼是一位一曲多用的大師,其一些歌劇中的詠嘆調旋律實擷選自其他藝術作品。國內鮮少有論文專門研究普契尼的藝術歌曲,其實普契尼的藝術歌曲與歌劇一樣,擁有高度的藝術價值,值得深入探討。筆者從普契尼的藝術歌曲中,挑選四首分別為:《萬福聖母》(Salve Regina,1880)、《太陽與愛情》(Sole e amore,1888)、《小鳥》(E l'uccellino,1899)與《大地與海》(Terra e mare,1902)來做曲式分析與演唱詮釋,並佐以當代背景、作曲家生平、風格與作品,期能讓讀者對普契尼的藝術歌曲有更深一層的認識。
Giacomo Puccini (1858-1924), his opera is so admirable not only in his era but in the modern world today. His music is capable of touching every human being’s heart and so as the melody, which is sweet and pleasant. Until now, his opera has also been playing by a great number of opera theaters with popular performance tracks all over the world; meanwhile, nowadays many of his composing arias have become independent performance songs. Moreover, Puccini is a master of diversity: a lot amount of melody of arias in his opera is originally from many of his art songs. Seldom could researches be found that focus on Puccini’s art songs in Taiwan; however, his art songs are in close accordance with his opera, presenting highly value of art. The author of this article has selected our songs of Puccini’s art songs: Salve Regina(1880)、Sole e amore(1888)、E l'uccellino(1899) and Terra e mare(1902) to analyze and interpret, along with contemporary background, composer life, style and works. Hopefully readers are able to acquire deeper knowledge from Puccini’s art songs.
