摘要

Acyclovir是廣泛用於皰疹感染的抗病毒藥物。即使acyclovir使用上通常具良好的耐受性，仍可能發生嚴重的腎毒性和相關的神經毒性。本文將探討acyclovir相關急性腎損傷的危險因子、臨床表現、可能機轉，治療和降低其發生率的相關臨床措施。

Acyclovir is an antiviral agent widely used in herpetic infections. Although acyclovir is generally well tolerated, severe nephrotoxicity and associated neurotoxicity have been reported. In this article, we will focus on the related risk factors, clinical presentation, possible mechanism, treatment, and measures that can be applied to reduce the incidence of acute kidney injury.
