摘要


脫鈣冷凍乾燥異體移植骨(demineralized freeze-dried bone allograft, DFDBA)運用於牙周骨缺損,被證實可以得到良好的牙周再生效果。其使用於牙嵴增寬、增高及處理牙科植體四周骨缺損方面也有不錯的臨床效果。近幾年來許多學者發現,脫鈣冷凍乾燥異體移植骨癒合中,並未完全吸收,且有一些無活性骨的殘存,其被纖維結締組織包圍著,甚至無新骨的產生。本篇對脫鈣冷凍乾燥異體移植骨的骨再生效果及組織癒合做深入的探討。

Demineralized freeze-dried bone allograft (DFDBA) has been used successfully to regenerate bone, cementum as well as periodontal ligament in the treatment of periodontal defects. It has also been utilized in treating defects adjacent to dental implants and/or for localized alveolar ridge augmentation to promote bone growth. Recently, some investigators found that DFDBA could not be completely absorbed and replaced by the new bone. Histological observations have shown that DFDBA particles with empty lacunae were surrounded by fibrous connective tissue rather than newly formed bone in the graft sites. Further investigations are necessary to find out whether DFDBA can be completely replaced by newly formed bone and how long it takes.
