自製二極體雷射實務之探討

摘要


本研究以自製二極體雷射探討雷射二極體之發光特性,並與同調性高之氦氖雷射比較,發現無論在同調長度和擴散角,氦氖雷射均優於二極體雷射,惟二極體雷射仍具有高亮度、低成本之優勢。在探討溫度對二極體雷射功率的影響上,發現二極體雷射在未加裝散熱金屬套管且雷射二極體尚未聚焦前其最高功率為5.2mW,隨著開機時間的增加功率驟減,當加上散熱金屬套管且雷射二極體完成聚焦後,平均功率一直維持在18mW,相當穩定。

The lighting characteristics with the self-made diode laser are discussed in this research, and compared with the He-Ne laser which has high coherent light. It is found that the He-Ne laser surpasses the diode laser in coherence length and divergence angle, however the diode Laser still has the advantage of the high brightness and low cost. In inquiring into the influence of the temperature upon the diode laser power, its the most high power is 5.2 mW and down quickly under the diode laser adding not any metal tube for spreading heat and focusing. When laser diode is added a metal tube after focusing, the power has been maintaining in the 18 mWs, and display very stable.
