冰水機為中央空調系統中的核心設備,造價亦為系統各裝置中最高,一般合理使用年限約為15至20年左右。近5年來,國內所生產之冰水機數量在6,000至8,000台之間,其中氣冷式與水冷式冰水機比例大概各半;至於國外進口的大型冰水機約在200至300台之間。在節約能源、降低尖峰負載之目標下,選購高效率冰水機是最重要的方法之一。透過冰水主機性能測試,所取得之製冷能力及能源效率數據,為選用冰水主機的重要參考資訊。本文對冰水機性能測試方法、採購單位驗收要領及能源效率合格標章等項目,以粗淺的方式說明介紹,增進讀者對冰水機性能測試的認識,期能對冰水機採購、驗收人員有所助益。
Water chiller is the main equipment of central air conditioning system. Its cost is also the highest in the system and the life is about 15-20 years. The past five years, the number of domestic chiller production is 6,000 to 8,000 units, including air-cooled and water-cooled chiller of which ratio is about half and half. Large imported chiller is about 200-300 units per year. Applying high efficiency chiller is one of the most important methods for saving energy, reducing the electricity peak load national wide. Chiller's cooling capacity and energy efficiency are obtained through chiller performance testing, which are the important data for the chiller selection. This paper introduces the chiller performance testing methods, the procurement acceptance essentials and energy efficiency qualifying label mechanism, hope to enhance the understanding of chiller performance testing for the procurement and inspection personnel.
