摘要

腺泡狀軟組織肉瘤是一種罕見的惡性腫瘤，約佔所有頭頸部惡性肉瘤的1%。好發於30歲以下的年輕女性。我們提出一位27歲女性的病例報告，於本院診斷出舌部腺泡狀軟組織肉瘤。病患接受手術切除及術後放射線治療，2年後並無局部復發且無遠端轉移之現象。

Alveolar soft part sarcoma is a rare malignant tumor, accounting for less than 1% of sarcoma in head and neck region. There is a female preponderance prior to the age of 30 years. We present an alveolar soft part sarcoma of tongne in a 27-year-old woman, who received surgical resection and post-operative radiotherapy. At 2 years follow up, the patient remains well with no local recurrence and no evidence of distant metastasis.
