本研究主要探討以客製ICC色彩描述檔及系統預設Photoshop日本色彩數位輸出方式製作昇華熱轉移印花紙對尼龍針織物進行熱轉印數位印花,並與市售標準樣相比針對印花色彩值、相似度、耐水洗牢度、耐摩擦牢度、耐昇華牢度及織物柔軟度進行深入探討。由實驗結果發現,於190°C壓印35秒之顏色外觀力度值(K/S)最佳,且使用客製ICC色彩描述檔輸出之熱印紙其轉印布色差值較系統預設Photoshop日本色彩輸出者小。尼龍針織物經昇華熱壓印後的顏色牢度約為4級以上呈良好狀態,而柔軟度下降率則隨著溫度上升而增加,當190°C 40秒時柔軟度下降稍明顯,此可能導致面料的手感及外觀變差。另,由意象評定調查得知,大多數人以裸眼直觀評定以使用客製ICC輸出圖檔所轉印的布面色彩較接近於市售標準布樣,因此使用印刷技術常用之ICC色彩輸出方式製作昇華熱轉移印花紙並應用於紡織數位印花將比系統預設Photoshop日本色彩輸出更具良好的數印色彩再現性。
Digital technologies are prominent at every stage of textile printing. The setting of ICC profile is an important role in the color quality of digital printing. The emphasis in this research is comparison the color difference and reproducibility of setted ICC Profile with default Photoshop Japan color system for sublimation heat transfer digital printing of Nylon knitted fabrics. The color value and imagery were compared to controlled samples and color fastness(such as washing, rubbing, sublimation) and softness of printed fabrics were investigated. From results show that apparent color intensity (K/S) obtains the best result at 185℃ , 35 second printing condition and the color difference using setted ICC profile was lower than Photoshop Japan color system. The color fastness of sublimation digital printed fabrics were good above degree 4 but softness of fabrics were slightly decreased with increasing printing temperature. Additionally, the color imagery test indicated that using ICC Profile to made sublimation digital printing paper for printed fabrics should be near controlled samples and be better reproducibility.
