摘要

《辨證錄》成書於清，康熙二十六年，是陳士鐸現存著作中篇幅最長，於臨床見證記述最全的一部書。全書在辨證論治上取古人意而不泥古人法，在辨證求因、審因論治上多有卓見。特點為只言辨證不言辨脈，審查病機，同中求異，鑒別分明。辨證方法的選擇，配伍應用有其自身特點，病種不同，側重有別，辨證方法單獨使用者少，配伍使用者多，以臟腑辨證為核心。

”Bian Zheng Lu” was a book completed in Kangxi 26 of Ching dynasty, It was a book written by Chen Shi-Duo with the longest text and the most complete clinical description. The whole book chose the meaning of ancient people instead of method in the syndrome. The syndrome was used to find the reason, and it had much excellent opinions on the cure theory. The characteristics include the dialectical speaking without talking pulse, the examination of ill mechanism, acquisition of difference from same state, and clear distinguishing. The choice of syndrome method shall have its own characteristics and combination. It may be different for different diseases. The syndrome method is seldom used alone, and it is often used in combination. The core is the syndrome of the internal organs.
