摘要

肱骨頸骨折常見由跌倒時手掌或肘部著地之外傷引起，常導致日後患肢使用上之疼痛及活動受限。本病案是75歲女性患者，於2011／06／08跌倒後左肩疼痛，西醫檢查告知左肱骨頸骨折並採保守治療未開刀，患者因持續疼痛而前來本院中醫骨傷科門診求診治療。

Fracture of surgical neck of humerus caused pain and limited motion after falling down and injury over elbows or hands. This 75 years-old female patient was informed fracture of surgical neck of left humerus and no surgery needed. She suffered continuous pain and visited our traumatology clinic for further treatment.
