LVDS(Low Voltage Differential Signaling)低電壓差動訊號是運用電流來高速傳輸大量資料的電路,適用於解析度高於SVGA的TFT LCD顯示裝置、光纖通訊及電子交換裝置的介面上。本研究採以某筆記型電腦LVDS Cable製造商為例的個案研究,在了解研究目的及豐田式生產之內容及真正精神後,分析與驗證導入精實生產對其製程改善之差異表現。經本研究深入探討後發現,落實「精實生產」的思維,確實在產品生產之綜合績效上提升了,其中道次由原14道次減少成為10道次,人員方面亦在產能不變狀況下減少2/3的直接員工。
LVDS (Low Voltage Differential Signaling) is low-voltage differential signal, which uses electricity to transmit large amounts of data at high speed circuit, and applies to a resolution higher than SVGA of TFT LCD display equipment, fiber-optic communications and electronic switching device on the interface. This study takes a case study of a notebook computer's LVDS Cable manufacturer. After understanding the true spirit of the Toyota production, this study imports lean production to improve the manufacturing performance. This research study found that the implementation of "lean production" thinking, actually improves on the performance from the original 14-proces reduced to 10-proces, staff 2/3 reduction in capacity under unchanged conditions direct employees.
