Isolated internal iliac artery aneurysm is rare, and isolated pseudoaneurysm of internal iliac artery is even more so. Most of the psudoaneurysm are related to trauma, while other causes are reported sometimes. Here we present an unusual case of pseudoaneurysm of internal iliac artery caused by non typhoid salmonella bacteremia. The pseudoaneurysm was occluded by microcoils successfully.

甲醇中毒多由口食入，我們在此報告一例少見的經由灌腸而甲醇中毒的案例，一位62歲女性因誤聽他人告知甲醇灌腸可解決便秘問題，故自行以空的甘油浣腸球吸入甲醇灌腸，後來因急性腹痛到急診就醫，數小時後意識不清，由於甲醇中毒導致嚴重酸中毒病人接受插管呼吸、血液透析與加護病房照顧，住院期間曾併發肺炎再入加護病房，歷經30天後來平安出院，但仍有視力模糊的後遺症。自行灌腸可導致併發症，甲醇可經由灌腸而直腸吸收導致中毒。
