Eliminate poverty is not only an ideal of human beings, but also a dream for people to pursue happy lives, China regard the elimination of poverty as a National Development Strategy, and have upheld Chinese characteristic poverty alleviation policy since the Open and reform policy, draft of which has solved problems of ＂objects of poverty alleviation、subjects of poverty alleviation、measurements of poverty alleviation＂ effectively, poverty area and populations are continuously reducing. But meanwhile, the work of poverty alleviation in China still faces many difficulties, problems of poverty-returning after poverty alleviation are rather serious, subjects of poverty still hold minds of ＂wait, depend, require＂. The Secretary-general Xi Jinping put forward ＂education before alleviation＂, in the vast social background when internet technology advance rapidly, how ideological and political education makes a positive difference of sculpting personalities、arousing intelligence, bringing forth new ideas of new modes and contents of poverty alleviation on ideological culture under the background of ＂Internet+＂, to promote the progress of targeted poverty alleviation have a positive meaning.

Strong Tragic Implication-An Analysis of Women's Illness and Death in the May 4th Female Literature

The strong tragic implication is a very significant artistic style of the May 4th female literature. The tragedy of the times, writers' own tragic experience, and writers' sense of mission and awareness of unexpected development are the internal reasons for the formation of the strong tragic implication. From the perspective of the fate of women, this paper explores the specific performance of the tragic implications of the May 4th female literature, which can be roughly divided into two aspects: objective (oppression and squeeze imposed on women by social environment) and subjective (backwardness of women's own consciousness). Taking seven short story collections of seven May 4th female writers as research objects, this paper makes a detailed analysis of ＂women's illness and death＂ in the novels, and finds that the description of women's illness and death in May 4th female literature is very common. The illness and death of the characters in May 4th female writers' novels, especially the female ones, are mainly caused by the spiritual factors. Among the novels written by the May 4th female writers, Lu Yin's and Shi Pingmei's have the strongest tragic implication.

Educational Innovation of ＂PAD class＂ in the Course of ＂Sports Law＂ for Applied Undergraduates

The ＂PAD class＂ teaching mode is a new teaching mode proposed by Professor Zhang Xuexin of Fudan University according to the national conditions of Chinese education, which is designed to improve the quality of teachers' teaching and enhance the subjective initiative of students' learning. This paper applies this innovative teaching model to the teaching of the new law discipline ＂Sports Law＂. After the feedback from the practice effect teaching, the paper has carried on the reflection and summary, and thinks that the innovation mode is worth popularizing in the university classroom teaching and puts forward some thoughts.

Teaching Reform and Application of Circuit Basic Experiments

In view of the problems existing in the traditional teaching of circuit basic experiment, the contents and methods of the teaching need reformed. In terms of teaching content, design experiment by Integrated Electronic Research and Development Platform is used to replace verification experiment teaching; in terms of teaching method, the ＂flipping classroom＂ is adopted to adjust the proportion of time inside and outside the classroom. Teaching reform of the circuit basic experiment not only cultivates design thinking, but also lays a solid foundation for the follow-up study of electrical experiment courses.

Influence of Chinese Language and Culture on English Language Acquisition

Many factors exert an influence on second language acquisition, among which the learner's first language and native culture are crucial because they heavily influence the version of the second language acquired and learned. Concerning English as a second language, the course of it being learned is also the course of it being changed. Under the influence of Chinese language and culture, including Chinese word formation, sentence structure, traditional idiom, narrating pattern and thinking mode, the emerging of a new version - Chinese English - appears to be unavoidable. Chinese learners should place emphasis both on the fundamental rules of English language and on the traditions of Chinese language and culture when learning and teaching English, and develop a Chinese way of English language acquisition. We lose more than we gain if we abandon Chinese cultural traditions and thinking modes to acquire British or American English.
