The modernization of rural rule of law is an important part of realizing the strategic goal of rural revitalization, but in the actual situation, there are still some problems in the construction of rural rule of law in China, such as the weak legal consciousness of rural residents, the imperfect legal system in rural areas, which seriously affect the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization in China. This study used self-made heterogeneous catalyst to investigate the degradation of benzoic acid wastewater, and the optimum conditions were obtained: Adjust the initial pH of the solution to 3, add an appropriate amount of catalyst to 1 g/L, adsorb for 210 min under magnetic stirring, then add 0.5 times the calculated theoretical amount of hydrogen peroxide (ie. 0.5Qth = 6.15 mmol/L). Finally TOC removal rate was reached of 76.76% after 90 minutes of reaction at room temperature.

Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) is a kind of refractory organic matter with poor biodegradability. PVA wastewater drained into water body will cause serious environmental problems. Simulated wastewater containing PVA was treated by electrocoagulation technology in the paper. The effects of current density and electrolyte concentration on removal rate of COD and energy consumption were discussed. The optimum values of the three factors were respectively 5mA/cm2 and 0.012mol/L through experiments.

Homogeneous Fenton method has the characteristics of fast reaction and good degradation effect, but its economic cost is relatively high. If Fe^(2+) is not treated, it will also cause pollution. In order to make up for this defect, heterogeneous catalyst is considered to be prepared to use heterogeneous system to degrade benzoic acid wastewater. In this paper, the purchased AC particles were first crushed, graded and pretreated. Taking the pretreated sample as the carrier, the Fe / AC catalyst was prepared by immersing the carrier in 1g / L Fe^(2+) solution. The influence factors of catalyst preparation were analyzed by orthogonal test. It was found that the influence of particle size, calcination temperature and calcination time on catalyst activity increased in turn. Combined with TG-DSC, BET, XRD, SEM and other testing methods to characterize the supported catalyst, the optimal preparation conditions were determined to be a particle size of 60-100 mesh and calcined at 300℃for 4 h.

Kinetics model of Cd^(2+) adsorption by modified rice husks was discussed in this paper. The results showed that the entire adsorption process is in accordance with pseudo-second- order kinetics equation. Equilibrium adsorption amount and reaction rate constant of kinetics equation increased with increase of temperature.

Due to transportation characteristics, bulk carriers have a relatively flat structure, and the wave slamming during navigation is larger than that of ordinary ships. Therefore, reasonable forecasting of slamming loads is of great significance to the structural design of ships. The calculation and prediction of ship slamming pressure need to fully consider the three-dimensional characteristics of the ship and include the impact of the hull movement on the sniper operation. At the same time, the selection of a reasonable slamming coefficient is also a crucial factor. This paper takes a bulk carrier as an example, analyzes the ship's motion response in waves using wave-tolerance theory, and discusses a reasonable dimensionless attack coefficient to forecast slamming loads. The slamming load is mapped to the finite element calculation model of the bulk carrier and the response results of each component under the slamming pressure are obtained. Compared with the allowable stress of the structural material, the slamming strength evaluation of the bulk carrier is realized.

Based on the Almen-Laszlo theory, this paper studies the mechanical properties of various kinds of disc springs used in ICV by theoretical calculation and finite element simulation. The mechanical properties of the disc spring group were also analyzed in this paper. The results show that the mechanical properties of elasticity and plasticity in the loading process are basically no difference, but there is a small difference between the theoretical calculation. With the positive valence of the number of disc reeds, the difference between the finite element and the theoretical results is more and more significant, but the trend is the same, and the finite element result curve is always above the theoretical curve. The effect of dislocation on the mechanical properties of disc spring group is that the fitting degree of finite element curve and theoretical curve decreases with the increase of dislocation, but there is always intersection point.

A self-propelled hydraulic jet bit is designed according to the characteristics of small shaft diameter and small turning radius in the technology of cased radial horizontal well of coalbed methane. The flow control equation of nozzle jet flow field is established, which is discretized by the finite volume method. The equations are solved by combining the realizable K - ε model, and the influence of jet bit parameters on drilling effect is studied. By optimizing the parameters of the jet bit, it is concluded that when the diameter of the locating circle of the jet bit's forward nozzle is 7mm, the diameter of the forward and reverse nozzles is 1.3mm, 0.8mm or 1.1mm, 0.9mm, and the angle between the axis of the forward and reverse nozzles and the axis of the hydraulic jet bit is 30 ° and 60 °, the jet bit can break 40 mm holes and provide more than 1500 N self driving force.
