任務型無人機之混合電能控制器設計與電力整合

Design of Hybrid-Electrical Energy Controller and Integration of Electricity for Task-Oriented Unmanned Aerial Vehicles

摘要


目前市場上販售之無人機機身輕盈且飛行時間短,多用於拍照及攝影,其電力以使用鋰電池為主。此次與工研院機械所合作發展之無人機,可供用於探勘、噴灑農藥等需長時間執行任務之飛行,因此選用鋰電池及引擎發電機進行複合電能輸出。而為了充分發揮複合式電能之最佳效益,本研究發展規則庫控制與模糊控制兩種方法,能依照目前無人機飛行狀態決定複合電能輸出比。控制器以數位訊號處理器實現而成,搭配電壓與電流感測電路能進行異常運轉監控。搭配次系統與系統整合測試,完成無人機之混合電能控制與電力系統發展。

The commercial unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) have characterization of light-weight and low operating time. They are mostly used for photography and filming, and their main power source is lithium battery. The purpose of this project cooperated with ITRI's Mechanical and Mechatronics Systems Research Laboratories was to develop an UAV for exploration and spraying pesticides, which requires long-duration flying ability. As a result, lithium battery and gasoline engine with integrated starter generator were used to build a hybrid power system. In order to achieve high-efficiency usage of two power sources, rule-base and fuzzy control strategies were developed in this project. Based on the real-time states of the UAV, the proposed control strategies are able to derive the power split ratio for the two power sources. The controller was implemented through digital signal processor. By the integration of the voltage and current sensing circuits, various sub-systems and main system, the developments of the hybrid power system and controller were complemented for the UAV in this project.
