On Contribution of Spatial Curvature to the Perihelic Precession

The contribution of spatial curvature to the perihelic precession in Einstein's theory is discussed with reference to minor but important discrepancies found in standard literature. The contribution from spatial curvature alone, is found to depend upon the coordinate system chosen. However the overall precession due to combined space-time curvature and specified by the field equations is unique.
