SU(6)WxO(2)Lz Symmetry in Baryon Decays

The decay-momentum dependence of the radial integrals in the mesonic decay amplitudes of baryons in the (70, 1-) is studied in a quark model, in which the mixing of the SU(3)-spin multiplets in baryon states has been determined from a fit of mass spectrum. It is observed that our empirical fit of the radial integrals gives a stronger indication of the SU(6)WxO(2)Lz symmetry in baryon decays than models with no mixings in baryon states.
