A Conjecture about Gravitational Radiation in All Viable Gravitational Theories?

In this paper, we formulate and give a plausible demonstration to the conjecture that in all viable gravitational theories, the energy loss rates for slow-moving, nearly Newtonian system are of the same order as in Einstein's General Relativity.
