桃園市青年農民聯誼會會員對組織績效之重視度與滿意度分析

本研究根據非營利組織的相關理論，建構一組供會員衡量青年農民聯誼會整體表現的指標，再以重要－表現程度分析法分析桃園市青年農民聯誼會會員之問卷資料，以期探討聯誼會成員對聯誼會各項指標之重視度以及滿意度，進而探討兩者之間的差異。本文針對該聯誼會積極參與活動的60 名會員寄發問卷，回收33 份，回收率為55%。根據研究發現桃園市青年農民聯誼會需要改善的指標有「桃青農的社會聲望與公信力」、「與其他青年農民組織的互動交流」及「提供農業方面交流學習平台」等，皆屬於「與外界的資源網絡關係方面」構面的指標項目。故其他類似農民組織可以針對此項構面加強改善。最後建議政府可以在網路上建置雲端平台，幫助青年農民可以在平台上刊登自己所需要的協助，各地的青年農民可以彼此交流或討論。

This study examined the performance of Taoyuan Young Farmers' Club using Importance- Performance Analysis. Questionnaires for collecting data from Club members were designed according to the theories of non-profit organizations. Out of 60 most active members, 33 responses were collected, giving a response rate of 55%. The results showed differences in expectations and satisfactions among members for some items. In particular, members considered improvement needed with respect to＂ Social Reputation and Credibility of Taoyuan Young Farmers' Club＂, ＂ Interaction with other Young Farmers' Clubs＂, and ＂Platform for Exchange of Knowledge on Agriculture＂. In view of these findings, the government should build an on-line platform for young farmers to post their needs and to communicate with or seek advice from other young farmers.
