以數值模擬預測樓版表面材衝擊音衰減特性之研究

A Prediction Model for Impact Sound Insulation of Floor Coverings by Finite Element Method.

摘要


建築物朝高層化、密集化發展的同時,樓版衝擊音逐漸成為集合住宅中之重要課題。現今台灣建築物趨於飽和,在節能與環保理念抬頭之下,舊建築再利用的比例愈來愈高,然而建築物主結構體剛性不易改變,裝修材料勢必為改善音環境之最佳手段。為此本研究先於實驗室中檢驗樓版表面材料之衝擊音衰減特性,並運用數值模擬方法,建立樓版表面材特性對於樓版衝擊音之預測模式,作為使用者或設計者參考之依據。數值模擬與實測結果互相比對顯示,不同頻域之音壓值波形趨勢相當接近,數值迴歸分析結果相關係數與判定係數分別為0.916與0.839,顯示本研究以有限元素法所建立之數值解析模式,對於預測輕量衝擊源造成樓版衝擊音之可行性。

Floor Impact Sound has been a key issue in the housing since the buildings were developed towards higher and lighter. With the trend to the sustainable environment, the reuse of old buildings will be popular. As to reform the structure is a lot difficult, however, to improve the acoustic environment by change of coverings will be the primary solution for reuse of old buildings. Regarding this study, tests on the characteristics of floor coverings were made, and a prediction model by CAE tools (FEM-ANSYS) is built to simulate the floor impact sound of composite steel deck floors. Through the analysis between test and simulated values, the correlation coefficients of R and R2, 0.916 and 0.839, have been got. It identifies the accuracy and effectiveness of this model to predict the floor impact sound caused by tapping machine.
